    Advertising

Media industry opinion suggests that advertising on Polyparks – directly in the eye line of arriving drivers and passengers – will usually make Polypark self-funding and will create a new parking related profit centre in its own right.
  • Advertising display might be just a brand or venue specific welcome, in which case the company “handshake function” will move from the front door, to the car park immediately upon arrival. Alternatively, a wide range of products, services and other goods may be promoted before customers even reach the operator’s door. Advertising on Polyparks may be permanent, or replaceable at intervals – allowing for special promotions or events over time.

    For Developers

  • When parking capacity is a constraint on the size, floorspace and value of a development, herringbone pattern parking layout – rendered entirely problem free by Polypark, will completely alter the development equation. (The effect is similar to having a larger site!) As an aid to Polypark sales, EPS offer to collaborate on the design of higher density, safer and more convenient, Polypark equipped car parks.
  • There is simply no quicker, more efficient and usually less costly method of configuring car parks on grass paving systems than Polypark. Polypark not only configures the parking bays to a consistent formal density but also defines the aisle and circulation system such that drivers cannot take “short cuts”. Modern grass paving systems are durable and weather-proof, near zero maintenance, lower cost in use, and very much cheaper to construct than Tarmac or concrete surfacing. Grass paving configured by Polypark system is extremely suitable for low turnover – employee, commuter or peripheral “park and ride” parking provision.
  • If developers are obliged to comply with the costly special drainage requirements of the U.K Environment Agency’s “Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems” (SUDS) recommendations then, provided that the sub-soil is permeable, Polypark equipped paved grass parking is the simplest, most space efficient and lowest cost solution
